We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals that support adults with disabilities. You will help the consumer in leading a dignified, meaningful day to day life & responsibilities may include:
- Help consumers achieve their goals in independence with daily living activities, including personal care.
- Participate in the development of residents’ Individual Support Plan (ISP).
- Supervise the progress of the individuals as well as ensure their safety and well-being.
Our consumers live in residential homes or facilities around the Greater Philadelphia area. We also have consumers in day programs and shelters. We offer the flexibility to choose your work environment!
What You’ll Need To Start:
- PA Criminal
- PA Child Abuse
- CPR/First Aid (online courses are not accepted)
- Physical with TB exam
- Valid Driver’s License
(Don’t worry—we have resources to help obtain some of these, if needed!)
