Supervise residents, monitoring their daily activities to ensure they are living safe and healthy
Help residents achieve their IPP goals and encourage independence and self-reliance in daily living activities.
Encourage healthy eating habits, and follow medical protocol unique to the individual
Observe residents’ living conditions and daily behaviors, documenting any issues and contacting your director, administrator, and/or physician immediately! You’re also required to notify your relief when they arrive.
Take residents to medical, health, and community services; as well as program outings when necessary.
Represent U.S. Medical Staffing, Inc. to the highest professional standard in each interaction with residents, executives, and the community.
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s Pennsylvania Driver’s License
1 Year of experience working with people that have developmental disabilities
Successful completion of pre-employment physical, tuberculosis test and drug screening
Successful completion of DOJ and FBI Background Check
